FAQ

Is my file really private?

Yes. The compressor runs in your browser on the /app route, which keeps a strict CSP and does not upload the file anywhere.

Which formats do you support?

JPG, PNG, WebP, and PDF. Output stays JPG, PNG, or PDF.

What's free and what's paid?

Your first successful file is free. The $3.99 Today Pass unlocks more files and batch processing for 24 hours. Lifetime is $19: one payment for future upload limits, no subscription.

What does the Today Pass include?

The Today Pass unlocks more files for 24 hours and batch processing up to 20 files at a time.

Should I choose Today Pass or Lifetime?

Choose Today Pass if you are finishing one application, form, or upload session today. Choose Lifetime if upload limits keep coming back.

Why does PDF text stop being selectable?

The browser PDF path uses raster compression for scanned-document use cases. That means text layers become images, and the app warns you before it starts.

What if the file is already small enough?

The app returns it unchanged instead of making quality worse.

Why would a portal still reject the file?

File size is only one rule. Some portals also require exact dimensions, specific filenames, or a strict file extension like .jpg.

How do I restore Lifetime on another browser?

Open the pricing page, use the restore form, and enter the email you used for your Lifetime purchase. We will send a secure restore link if it matches. Today Passes expire automatically.
